Delivery & Returns policy
We offer a door-to-door courier service using Dawn Wing, one of South Africa’s leading express courier companies.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order using either of the below methods:

You will also receive an SMS on the morning of delivery. At this point you will have a choice to either reschedule delivery, leave with a neighbor/security or to go ahead with the delivery. A second SMS will be sent when your order is the next on the list.
Estimated Delivery Time
Regional areas: 3-5 working & include: Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Johannesburg, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Stellenbosch.
Outer lying Areas: 5-10 working days.
All items can be returned. Should you want to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us. Once we have received your returned item in their original condition and packaging you will be able to select something else from the store, or we will offer you a refund.
Should you wish to return an item that you paid the full amount for but is now on sale, the actual rand value paid will be credited to you.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on email@example.com .
